Sheffield is not on that list. Any idea when it's coming to Sheffield

There is 50+ regional headends
and Sheffield is under the barnsley headend

I take it Bolton will come under the Manchester banner then?

All of Glasgow, Paisley & Renfrew are fed from the Renfrew headend, which isn't mentioned - so there's no consistency!

I am from Paisley.

100% agree and the Glasgow Headend is actually called the Renfrew Headend !

Starting from the 15th November anything recorded from the Sky owned channels (eg, Movies, Sports, Sky 1) onto a V+ or TIVO will not be available to view if you decide to take these channels off afterwards.

@openviews - where did you get the information? I always have Sky Movies for a month over Christmas - will be a real pain if this means I can't watch any films I record once I cancel the Movies after a month. :(

Had a message on our TiVo's this morning to say the update will take place around 2am between the 17th and 24th November.

With regards to not being able to watch recordings from channels you are no longer subscribed to, I thought this was always the case?

It's always been the case on Sky but VM customers apparently could watch after cancelling the movies or sports - I don't think the Virgin tech could do it before but can now.
