Virgin ask for feedback on HD [updated]

Virgin are conducting a survey into what people make of the new HD services and what they'd like to see next. There's a link on Cable Forum and another on AV Forums, but neither seems to be right as both link to completed questionnaires. I've asked Virgin for the right way of completing the questionnaire and will post it here when they respond. Still, the survey is interesting as the possible future channels they're asking about include Sky sports, movies and the other Sky regulars. Would you pay £5 for more channels? £10?

That link to the survey appears to already contain responses.. is there a link to a 'blank' survey available? Or is it only for people who've been emailed a link?

It's on the Cableforum.

Mark, yeah.. I saw the link on Cable Forum. It's the same one as in here. Meaning I can't fill out the survey.. all I can do is overwrite the stored answers for the original recipient of the survey URL.

Indeed, the responses have already changed twice in the last hour.

Hence my question about a blank survey.

Interesting. I'll check with Virgin in the morning.

Heh, someone has screwed up the security for the quiz application, you can reuse someone elses URL and alter their answers :-)

Why should I have to pay more for HD Sky Sports when I already pay more than a sky customer for the sports package.

If Virgin want me to pay more for HD, I might as well move to Sky - It's one of their selling points - Free HD.

I think the links should be removed until they are sorted out. At the moment, anyone filling out the survey is just over writing the last person's responses.

Links removed. Karen at VM's checking for me.
MattBUK - you sure you may more for Sky Sports than a Sky customer? I don't think you do unless Sky has a special offer out there at the moment.

I pay £20.50 for my Sky Sports Package.

Sky wanted £18 when I was looking at the switch.

Sky charge extra for HD - not free. Not only does the HD box have an extra charge, you have to pay £10 for the privelege of HD, no?

Regardless of the faulty link, I think anyone reading this as Virgin having any firm plans to launch Sky Premium HD channels and to charge extra for them is jumping the gun a bit. The survey will be just that-a gauge of reaction to such a move, not an announcement that the channels are coming.

Managed to worm my way into the survey, only to be told "This survey is now closed"!!!!

Guess they only wanted certain amounts of feedback!
